MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Sherrill’s University is to teach students the necessary technical skills, which will enable them to pass the North Carolina Board of Cosmetology or the North Carolina Board of Barber Examiners examination, for the graduate to obtain a license. The ultimate aim of the school is to prepare the students to be skilled technicians so that each graduating student may be licensed as a cosmetologist/barber stylist or instructor and obtain profitable employment in his/her field.

• Extensive real-world practical experience while performing services on public in our Student Salon

• Job placement assistance in top salons and spas prior and after graduation
• Guest artists teaching the industry’s latest trends
• Fun at field trips, beauty shows and competitions
